Went for lunch. Food was ok (it isn't fine dining). Portions on the $6.99 meals were better than expected. My cocktail was good (screaming zombie...the whole reason we decided to go to RR...I highly recommend) our server was nice (her name was Jazzy, very sweet girl). Not a bad experience but I will say that I thought that the host that "greeted" us when we walked in was rude. He was having a conversation with two other staff members and instead of stopping it momentarily to seat us, he insisted we seat ourselves in the bar ... read more
The service was great! The waitress was superb! The pepper jack Angus burger was not so good. Sad face.

Great waitress. She suggested a good beer to complement the meal. Ordered the artichoke appetizer. However they forgot it. They did make good by bringing it later and knocking it off the bill. Overall great evening and pleasant, cheerful workers.
Went into Red Robin's on West Shaw. Three girls standing at the hostess station talking about the night before all tattooed up hardly no one in Red Robin's. 15 minutes standing there they had like 20 people all sitting on one side of restaurant. Ordered a hamburger and endless garlic fries. Never again the fries were loaded with parsley no garlic and so greasy the hamburger was horrible my friend took one bite of her hamburger and we walked out the worst food ever! Don't eat at this place. Absolutely the worse!
Waited almost 2 hours and the food was absolutely terrible. The burger was cold and the fries were just as bad.
The food is good.. but the service is horrible..and it takes way to long to receive food. 4 stars for the great taste of food.
