The service has been declining at Red Robin for some time. Tuesday night was the worst, unfortunately. It started with waiting almost an hour to be seated when I called 30 mins ahead of time for my large party and the estimated time was supposed to be 30 mins. Then they wished me a happy bday and said a sundae was coming out at the end of dinner, but that never happened. One of my friends order came out wrong, the waitress was not on top of the refills and to top it off, it took almost 45 mins for our checks to be split and ... read more

Had an awful experience here. We went to use my "free burger any time during the month of my birthday" and was told after the meal that I couldn't use the reward because I had signed up for rewards too recently, even though nothing on their website stated that's the policy. The manager did nothing and told me I can just use it when I come back another time this month. Ridiculous. Go elsewhere Fresno/Clovis friends.
This is our favorite place to go as a family to celebrate birthdays and achievements! It's a fun place with great food and good service!
