One of our favorite restaurants to go to, especially for hamburgers and fries!!
Food was good waiter never offered a refill on the drinks.
Showed up to eat was told 10 minutes waited 30 never seated. Multiple parties left and no one was seated. Don't give people false wait times makes for unhappy customers. Don't care to visit you guys anymore you never give the correct wait time. The service has deteriated

There Were ALOT of People Waiting for a Table. We Requested To A Table Im The Bar Area, and Were Seated Immediately. Our Food Arrived Quickly was Fantastic, and Our Server Was Awesome.
Had an awful experience tonight. We went there after my son's Winter program for a nice family dinner out for 6. Got there and received our text confirmation after putting our name in for a table at 7:07 pm. We were told the wait would be 35 minutes. We then proceeded to wait and watched several groups of similar size that came in after us be seated first. When we asked we were told they reserved ahead or they were going to seat us next. My son loves this... always celebrating he's bday at Red Robin ��
Went there for my birthday. Service was great food was good. Server totally focused on us and the grandkids when she was at the table. Even though the place was packed she took good care of us.
