After several months we decided to give Red Robin located on Shaw in Clovis another try. Their service in the past was slow as well as their food prep. Irregardless, Nic our server guaranteed us that the service and food prep had changed. He was right!! He quick, efficient and courteous! Great job Nic!

The food was great, French fries 🍟 excellent. The atmosphere very clean, waiters friendly. Our very first visit at your restaurant. I will recommend to anyone Red Robin is a place to go.
as i am sitting here on this dirty booth writing this, waiting for somebody to come take my dirty glass i am hoping my food comes out good as it normally does.
I was so disappointed with the quality of food yesterday. First, we ordered an app which didn't come out until after we were about half way through with our meal. The app was cold and looked like it had been sitting out, someone clearly forgot about it. The fries were cold and stale which is usually the best part of my Red Robin meal. My husband got a salad which ironically wasn't cold, again liked it had been sitting out. The food was great, the service was great and our waitress was great. Couldn't ask for it to be better.
We had a group of 25 ppl. We called the manager a day before to let him know. Then we called a hour before to let them know we are on our way. Then when we got there the hostess said she would not sit us until ten of us were there and we said ok. Then we let her know ten of us were here. She said ok well now you have to wait until we arrange tables for 25. So we had to wait 20 more minutes. Only 1 waitress was assigned to our group.
