Very slow server. Waited 25 min for the bill. No refills. No dipping sauce.
Poor customer service! My wife ordered a blue cheese burger with no blue cheese in it. Once our food was served no one came to check on our table. We did not get refills on our drinks or refills on their infamous bottomless fries that they so much advertise! When we asked for our waitress we were told she had a large party to serve and that she was tending to them. There was no communication with us what so over and that makes for such bad service! She did not get a tip!
