I had a birthday coupon for a free burger. I haven’t been in for 3 months. They said I used it on 2/11/20 and refuse to redeem it.
6 months ago we visited, and the "bottomless fries" seem to take forever to get when asking for more. I ordered Garlic Fries on this visit, and when they brought out more as requested 15 min later, they were the plain fries. My burger was gone already so it ain't no fun eating fries alone. I cant Believe they cant figure this out. Save your Money Go to In & Out instead
They have the WORST service and they don’t care at all, not even a little bit. I’ve had several bad service experiences here so I have not been in a very long time. Tonight decided to order online for pick up thinking maybe they could redeem themselves. Order to be ready at 5:39, we arrived about 5:45, at 6:15 I was asking for a refund. While they were refunding they actually brought out the food and then took it back. Was there for my daughter in-laws Birthday. When the bill came I was charged an entertainment fee of $1.99. What the hell is that? No one entertained us.
