The service my sons and I received yesterday from Lilly in the Citrus Heights Location is why we continue to dine there...
The server didn't come around as often as she should have to see if we were doing ok. She didn't refill the water glasses. She didn't even enter the rewards number we gave her, to get our rewards. We had to ask about it when the bill came.
I've only tried one burger there, The Pig Out tavern burger. I ordered it medium and it was delicious. Customer service was a little shaky, though. I ordered it with a gluten-free bun and got a regular bun. The only way that I knew that I had gotten the wrong bun is because it looked the same as my husband's regular bun. Someone with a strong bad reaction to gluten could have gotten very sick from eating that. Not the best service again. I go here on average 3-4 times a month and it just isn't so great anymore.....�
I stopped by last night hungry. Walked in and the aroma was fabulous. It smelled delicious. Got seated right away. Server came to the table super quick. Didn't even have a chance to read the menu. Told her what I'm craving and in 5 minutes my plate was hot and served perfectly. Refills were prompt, never had an empty glass. Burger was prefect. Sons chicken strips were delish. Everyone was happy. :)
Really great staff and service! Even the fellow customers are great and make it a fun place!
