Worst service ever. Takes 20 mins from time you sit down till they ask you for drinks then good luck getting a refill on anything. Have to get up to get your own napkins. Asked for silverware for 3 people brought 1 set for everyone to share. Don't know what has happened but they used to have great service and past year has been horrible. I have a free burger amd not even going for that,no one will even go with me. This was also on a wednesday at 2pm they were not busy and just horrible service staff and management.

Not impressed. The place was freezing cold. It took the average over 45 minutes for service. I ordered fries, didn't get them, asked about them and was blown off twice. I finally had to go ask the manager for my fries. By that time, everyone in my group was half way done with the meal. It was a loud atmosphere, not because of the patrons, it was the staff goofing off with each other. We're waiting forever for our food and they are totally just chillin'. We ordered appetizers and they didn't come till we were almost done with our meal . Asked for more fries and didn't get those till we pretty much all done and getting ready to leave. It was to loud and kids screaming . Don't think we will go back
