Worst service EVER!!! My girlfriend & I waited 45 MINUTES for our food and weren't even offered more drinks (& we were drinking beer, goodbye higher tip) or apps while we waited. He even could have offered fries since we ordered burgers (aren't they bottomless?) & explained the long wait; but no, he let us sit there, w/out a single word for 45 minutes! Our server (wish I could remember his name) seemed like he just didnt care. Definitely THE WORST SERVICE EVER & definitely the last time we go here!
Fucking waitress slide a glass across the table and it spills and breaks and spills water and broken glass on my son and all you say is sorry? Fuck you Red Robin, I will never come back!
They remodeled and lost the appeal and the last time we visited the service was terrible.
