Don't go unless you have AL LEAST 2 hours to eat. This used to be a great place to go but the last 2 times we've been there it has taken over 40 minutes after ordering to get our food. Soup, which is half the amount it should be, took 30 minutes to come out. Drinks stayed empty on the table for 15 minutes. The waitress was nice but not efficient. It almost seems like they've cut back on the kitchen staff...or perhaps it's just a poorly run back of the house.
Took a group of 6 here tonight around 6:00. We were told 20 minute wait. After asking the hostess several time when we would be seated, as we had seen many other large groups that came in after us seated, she kept coming up with excuses about how they were busy. We talked with the current manager, Ryan, who immediately seated us and served as our manager. He was extremely nice and pleasent towards us and made the night much better from how it started. Dissatisfied that while eating in the bar a lady was able to bring in her little dog ,it scratched and chewed on itself,we left feeling dirty and gross...
My daughter and I waited 25 minutes after we order our food, where the family of 3 came in 10 minutes after we order and they received their food 2 minutes after we finally got ours! Why order bottomless broccoli and fries when you don't even get them before your food???? Broccoli was cold even the melted butter didn't get them hot!!!By the time Brittany got her ranch dressing for her fries she was done eating them.....I try given this location a second chance on getting suffer right especially from our last issue. It really sucked they couldn't even cook a hamburger raw,the beer was flat,service was slow,couldn't use a credit card,been waiting eight years to go their and it really sucked
Great service friendly customers.....my first time here but like it and it seems like you're never alone at this place.....great place would recommend to anyone
Unlike Chilli's of Roseville. This place had quick and courteous service. Food came out hot and my burger was great! We'll be back.
