I've had better. They are usually really good, off day yesterday. Disappointed for sure.

Best service ive ever had there! 29.00 bill, gave him 10.00 tip! He didnt miss a beat and i asked for out of the normal. Suprised!
Large facility. Standard and Commercially decorated. Informed wait staff that knew the menu, process, who served professionally. Food was as un imaginative, an it was unattractive, tasteless, and unappetizing. Table and menu was sticky. Plastic plates were well worn. Glass ware for the drinks chipped and worn.
This was an experience. I had not been in a long while. There are new things on the menu.
I always get great service and food at Greenback branch. Red Robin is my favorite place to eat.
