I had a very nice Birthday burger with my Grandson. Our lunch was very good. It was very busy. A lot of kids who just graduated.
The burgers were good but not hot the service was good
I normally love this place but service was horrible waited almost an hour for our food to come out and when it did our burgers were cold and fries to then my daughter waited another 15 min to get her sandwhich and not only was it not right they left off the cheese when we returned it all they did was slap a cold piece of cheese on it. Worst 90.00 spent
I got a email coupon randomly and decided to go, when I told my server of my coupon and intent to use it I was given a thousand questions on how I got that email, what my personal information was and they refused to honor it. They did way too much instead of just saying they couldn't accept it. Was really disappointed with their customer service skills
I came in for my birthday burger and it was delicious. I especially like the endless French fries that they serve.
The food is delicious but my waiter started charging me for items that weren't ordered.. When I brought it to her attention she said oh my bad.. Just be careful and watch and your order receipt..
Great service very kind and attentive crew. Huge desserts...barely finished mine
