Service was horrible. We didn’t get napkins or silverware until the end of our meal. My meal was cold. Our server checked in with us at the end of our meal. Side dishes we asked for we never got. The server seemed more interested in the bigger groups than my friend and I. I won’t be going back. Which is sad because that the Citrus Heights location used to be really good. The table and the floor underneath our table was disgusting. Very disappointing.
Saturday evening, place was jammed. The good: Expected a 30 minute wait but was seated in about 20. The bad: Floor under our table was filthy with food and used napkins. In fact, floor of the entire dining area was dirty. Server took our orders in reasonable time, and appetizer came out in a timely manner. Service was ok. Food was ok too. The Mac and cheese was bland. No flavor. I had a grilled cheese that was good.
Went on my birthday. Service was extra slow. We went at 2pm on a monday so there should be no excuse. On our way to be seated i almost feel on my ass because the floor was so greasy. I said somthing to my waiter and she laughed. Got seated order a drink. No fries came. I thought this place was endless fries. Ordered a hamburger it was ok. Just ok. Red Robin is a nice atmosphere place to get hamburgers and spend time with your family and have a couple drinks and eat some good food. It’s my experience that always starts off good and then it takes a long time to get the food and then with food does come here for from the appetizers and all the Alcoholic drink waiting but the last time we were here our waitress was pretty nice pretty good I give it five stars because I really like the food but hopefully you guys can improve your customer service with their waitresses and ... read more
