Why aren't managers/district managers replying to any of these comments? Perhaps that is the reason for shoddy service
Great food, average service. But I I have high standards
We wanted to take our family out to dinner & celebrate birthday dinners. They said a 45min wait. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting they finally seat us. Our waiter comes over & tells us their system is down & they can't take our order! It's up to us if we want to wait for system to come back up, it could be 5 minutes or an hour, he just doesn't know, but he can't take anyone's order. At this point we decided to leave! We had the worlds worst waitress. She ignored us and was no where to be found when we needed something. Forgot part of my order. Screwed are tickets up. I have done my shred of waitressing in the past at a steak house and I have always been attentive and prompt with my customers. If I was her manager I would of fired her!
