Love the food and reasonable prices!
We are frequent guests, and normally the service is excellent and food is good..... however we were seated in the bar area yesterday, ignored, staff acted as though we were a bother- with the exception of one person. The chicken on my salad was gristle and tough, left it. The staff who took over at 4 was great....had yesterday been my first time there, I wouldn’t return. No, not busy at all, very few people there.
We were seated 20 minutes within arrival although told the wait would be 45 minutes. Food arrived in a timely manner. My burger was too mushy! Too much sauce. Other meals were fine. Onion ring tower appetizer took a long time to arrive-near the end of the meal. Not great-not terrible. I’d eat there again. It was a busy night due to free meals for teachers. Thanks for those meals by the way.
Asked for a burger without mayo. It came with mayo anyway. Told the waiter, and instead of taking it back so the kitchen could remake it, he lied to my face and told me it was actually just brie. This particular burger does not have brie, and even if it did, this clearly wasn't brie. Didn't want to make a fuss, so I trusted him, ate it, and ended up throwing up the burger.
Went in at 6pm to met a guy to talk, the kid hostess says go up to bar to which I said no to noisy in there, so then he says like 5-10 mn wait as I look at like 10 empty tables, another couple comes in and they seat them right away, so I say hey what’s going on and they start backpedaling like they got caught! Why does this place always make you wait to spend money, I am done with Red Robin, to many places to spend money to mess with these knuckleheads!!!
We ordered an order for two adults and two kids to be picked up by DoorDash. We placed the order at 6:35 that was accepted by the restaurant at 6:45. Original order delivery time was 56 minutes from the time of acceptance. At 7:45 we get a notification that it will not arrive until 8:10. We attempt to contact the place to find that the number that is listed on google maps is not even a number to the restaurant but a call center. RecommendedFood was good, service was good, but the floors were super slippery from the rain. Shocking they didn’t have mats down.
I had the croissant “BLT” for lunch today. It had a thing piece of bacon inside of it and was mostly lettuce and soggy bread. My work had catered our lunch so I chose something new I’d never had before and this was bland and a letdown. I’d stay stick with their burgers because that’s probably the only safe choice.
this review is lucky to get 1 star and corp office in CO is also being made aware of the very lack luster everything in our visit tonight. spend your hard earned money elsewhere people. very surprised this eatery still exists.
