The food was good, but the service is beyond terrible. It took over 30 minutes to get drinks, we ordered a tower of onion rings and never got it. It's a shame because we drove 45 mins to get here. I'd think twice before coming back. Needs more staff and management.
We all agreed. No more Red Robins on Palm Beach Lakes Rd. Service sucks. The food isn't great. Bleh

All these People complain about drinks being late but show up at peak times, I've never had a problem here. Great service and food.
Food good. Sevice sucks. Took forever for waitress to even take drink order. Food came out quickly from kitchen but no follow up from waitress.
Will never go back. There was food all on the floor..service was horrible and the bathrooms smelled like urine and there was toilet paper all over the floor. There was an area to the far right of the place that had food and drink spilled on the floor..rather than cleaning it up..they just blocked it off. And the food was just blah..my appetite went away as soon as I walked it. Ugg
The red robin in Wellington has better service. Had to ask for refills on the drinks and napkins because the waitress didn't check on us. Never got the sauce I asked for. And when we got the endless fries,it was very few in the basket.
