Red Robins is not a fast food restaurant. Sat down got a drink and appetizer in 10 mins. You come relax and get to talk with friends.
Went into your place tonight. Took the person who waited on me about 15 minutes to notice me, didn't offer me a drink at all. This was my first time at a Red Robin and I will have to say I was not impressed. The waitstaff seemed to only care about chatting with each other. And yes I ate my meal without a drink because your staff didn't offer me one. Usually when they come to you they ask would you like something to drink. Horrible experience. Waited 15 min for nobody to come to our table. We had to get up and ask for help and the bus boy ended up taking our order. After 40 min+ and watching people who sat after us get food before us, we finally had to get a manager. Turns out the food order never went through. Tried to convince my young kids to try something new thinking this could be a great place to being the family... Well, that was a mistake. After a disappointing experience (from top to bottom) I kindly expressed to my waitress (not her fault and she was tipped well) that I tried comparing the "gourmet" burger to other restaurants and simply could not compare it beyond a fast food burger. If McDonalds had a waiter and beers they could call themselves Red Robin. AND it was an $11 burger. I'd gladly pay an extra dollar or two for a burger from a proper steakhouse. Consider yourself warned.
Super busy and they were out of a lot of items and clean glasses. Food was just okay I have had better in other locations.
