Showed up at roughly 7 pm for dinner, to be honest I was disappointed. The service was slow, seems like they only had 1 waiter for the whole resteraunt. Our food took 30 minutes to come out and it was cold. Overall dissapointing, especially compared to other red Robins I have been too

It was really slow took forever to get our burgers an needed more fries but didn't wanna wait forever we were there 2 hours

Went to RR in West Palm on the weekend. Did not receive the parm garlic fries I ordered and had to ask about them. Ordered a gluten-free bun which I have had before at RR. This time the bun was hard as a rock. Returned the burger and asked for a lettuce wrap instead. Got it back, but the kitchen only replaced the top of the bun and left the bottom on the burger inside the lettuce! I didn't bother to complain again though. I agree with the other reviewer that said the kitchen staff needs to pay better attention in that store.... read more
Upon arriving, NO HOST/HOSTESS at front door. Cage, our Server was attentive without being intrusive. It took 45 mins for us to be served our food. The place, empty. The appetizer took 20 mins. We were celebrating my birthday. Fries cold. Burger soggy... John F. Kennedy will be re-elected President BEFORE I/we return to Red Robin.... especially this location
If you're not hungry and not in a hurry this is the place to be otherwise placed our order 45 minutes ago still no food. How long does it take to cook a burger.
