The staff was dry.I will not be tipping her. The burger was full of grease so much grease i didnt taste the burger and it made my bread soggy. Never again BK whopper would have been better.
Everything was bad. Bar took forever with drinks. Server was uninterested, food was cold AND he got the order wrong. Not coming back
Service was horrible. Chicken not served at a proper temperature and the bathrooms smelled like urine. This place was awful. We will never go back.
Chicken not served to temperature. Poor service, including a manager who was surveying the dining room who ignored me table light calling the server over.

The service was horrible, our server seemed like he was somewhere else, needs to be seriously retrained. My chicken sandwich came out wrong TWICE! At least my broccoli was hot. My husband burger was wrong and was nothing like the menu said. We ordered 2 milkshakes one kid one adult, both came out kid sized. The only thing right about our order was our three year olds food (good thing since it's his birthday!) plus they don't tell you there's a $1.99 fee to play the games by have no issues telling the kids about games!!
