I place my order waited over 20 minutes for my burger when the waiter brought my burger out he said I'm going to warn you this is not the burg you ordered is this OK... I told him I wanted the burger that I ordered when they finally brought out the burger I ordered it was so raw.
$13.00 for a burger? 30 minutes for it to arrive. Slow service, not worth it. Although the burger was delicious
I love this place the tropical mai tai always gets me right and the service from Robert was great I'll def be back!!
My server was very attentive and our food was good. We would definitely go back again. Freckled lemonade was delicious.
The 1st time out of about 5 i went in there and it wasn't very good. Burger was room temp. I sat at the bar and the service was poor at best. But there was plenty of time for employees to share their little inside jokes with each other. I hope i just caught a bad day. I really used to look fwd to working in that area so I could go to Red Robin. I will try one more time. We will see how it goes.
