Our service was very very slow. Seemed the place was very disorganized. We were assigned a server, she introduced herself and we never saw her again. 10 minutes later we got another person and took over from there. He tried hard to make us happy and we were ok with it. Others around us were frustrated as well as they had been sitting long periods with poor service as well. The food on the otherhand was great as always for the Red Robin chain.
Today while my family and I was dining, an extremely kind stranger sent over some gift cards, such a wonderful random act of kindness and I want to say just in case you look at this page how truly grateful we are for our very generous gift. You are completely awesome and my family and I will be sure to pay it forward! Service was good but it took us 65 minutes to get our food after ordering and the restaurant was only 1/2 full of customers.
