Food was very good but our waitress was not. She was not friendly and was not attentive to our needs. When our food came out by another waiter our fries were barely warm which is ok because we knew we could get some more. When she did stop by we asked for sauces for our fries. Her response was I'll get some AFTER I take this order over here. By the time we got our sauce what fries we had left were cold. And she only brought one sauce for 5 people. Why is it that Red Robin makes it a point to advertise their bottomless fries, but the 4 or 5 times we've been to this restaurant in Panama City, we've never even been offered more fries.If this is gonna be an advertising point the customer should not have to ask. It should be part of the waiter/tress job to offer.
Great place, staff and food ,as always. The bugers are amazing.
It was ok. We had a long wait. We were a group of 5. About 15 minutes after we arrived another group of 5 came in. They were seated before us. It took about an hour and 20 minutes from the time we arrived to get food served. The food was really good. Service was good as well.
It was great! Great service! Lively staff! And they fixed the printer when it tried to charge me for a game I didn't play!
Excellent staff. Only had a bad experience once when Mac and cheese was served cold but waitress was quick to replace it for me. I eat here often with my boyfriend and the food is great every time.
One of my favorite places to go. Love their chicken teriyaki burger and endless fries.
