Very good food and place was clean and people were nice.
Best burger ever and a nice selection od craft beer... service was great , all around a nice dining experience
Well I tried this place for the very first time ever, since the closest one in Georgia to my old house was Newnan and Lawrenceville, and I will say my Southern Charm Burger and Sweet Potato fries were really delicious, but it was very expensive and much better than Fuddrucker's in Kennesaw even!
Ate at the Pier Park location on 4/26/16 with a friend prior to catching a movie. Our server was Jamison...and he was amazing! My friend and I are both a little odd and outspoken, but Jamison rolled with the punches like a champ! Very attentive as a server, and I believe he was pulling bar duty as well. While the food is always worth the trip, Jamison made this particular visit super fun! Someone needs to give that cat a raise! We will definitely be back.
Jeff and I go to Pier Park Red Robin often!!! We always receive the best service! The food is so good and so fresh!! You definitely need to join their rewards program!! I just my favorite Birthday burger yesterday (free).... by the way Jessie YOU Rock! XOXO jeff and janet
Stopped in 2/07 for lunch. Had never eaten at a Red Robin before this visit but can guarantee will be back! The food was delicious and the service was amazing. We had Jamison and he was the perfect server. Thanks for a great experience!!
Just returned from ordering my lunch to go. First thing I noticed was the renovation; loved it. The bartender was very nice and polite; helped me decide what to order (burger with egg on top); talked to me while I waited. The kiosk to play games was a welcome touch while you wait for your food. Only complaint was no one welcomed me but someone did say something when I left. Well done Red Robin!
They were excellent and I think Dothan should consider trying to bring them into Dothan.
Service was good. The food was exactly as described in the menu.
