Endless fries, campfire sauce, fantastic food. Love it.
Waitress and hostess both was friendly . food was great will be returning real soon.
It has been a very long time sense we have been to Red Robin. Boy have they changed! Still have great burgers but the serves is 100% better! It is sad that we live so far away and wish they would come to Kankakee and build one by us! (Hint hint) We will go back again the next time we are up that way.
Dear Orland Park Red Robin, Please hurry up and re-open!! We need to see our favorite waitresses/bar tenders Margo and Hannah AND the Orland Park location has the best employees as well as the best gourmet burgers!
Please stay away from the Oak Brook location..... It's not safe to eat there
The service was great no waiting on tables drinks came out right away. The hamburgers and fries cooked to your order. But the cheese for the pretzels was way watered down no taste to it. Will be back just won’t order the pretzels again.
Used to love going here, but it's definitely took a turn for the worse... after waiting 45 minutes my chicken tortilla soup was water, didn't eat it, then our food came and it's was very cold and we did not eat it, we told them to take it back... and super disappointed they again took the Con Queso dip off menu. Unfortunately we won't be going back there any time soon, if ever.. Plus their were 2 tables who came after us and they were served way before us.
the place is very cozy and the food was good, the waiters was very polite, the drinks were very good also.
This place is a joke. First the wait, a lobby full of people waiting, meanwhile a bunch of empty seats inside with no one in them. On the day after Christmas, why is this placed not staffed properly. Second, service is garbage, not only was my rootbeer almost fully syrup, there was almost no ice. I get it, people order “light ice” but really... when you offer free refills, just fill the damn glass with ice so the drinks are cold.
