Service was decent. Food was fair. Got the dessert trio to share. Instead of cinnamon sugar donuts, we got cinnamon SALT donuts. Someone in the kitchen mixed up the sugar and salt. Complained to our waitress and after waiting several minutes for them to be replaced, she came back with plain donuts! No sugar or anything on them! Basically had to beg to get sugar on them (we were told it would take several more minutes for them to mix a new batch of cinnamon sugar—really?). Eventually got sugar on them. I was there on Saturday night Nov 4. My waitress Gabby was really nice... The burger was good, my sweet fries were ice cold.. but Gabby explained why the fries get cold because they have them already cooked first while your burger is being prepared and the heat lamp can only do so much�.. I guesss.... she did bring me another order of hot fries.... Now The bathroom was not clean....ughh... This was my first time there and it was just alright.. I did enjoy my � burger tho.. very good...
Not our first time here but today was the worst. Hoping it was just an off day. Seated promptly but then completely forgotten about. One waiter noticed us sitting for awhile asked if we were being helped and after we said no he walks away. So we sit again, our actual waiter shows up apologizes and even gave us a tower of onion rings for free immediately takes our order and gets our drinks. I went on Saturday October 28th. It was just okay. The food wasn't anything special and the portion size was small for the price. The fries also are unlimited yet they barely gave us any (went with a party of three). Last time I went to this location was two years ago and wanted 2 give it a second chance, very disappointed again. Service was friendly but it was really the overpriced food for the quality for the low rating. I would rather go to somewhere cheaper for the price. This was my family 1st time here. The appetizers and food was GREAT!
I ordered the wrong sandwich and that was the best chicken sandwich everrrrrrr! So I'm glad my mistake turned out to be awesome!
