Great burger, good service but, waitress was over worked, need more help there, she was actually running to provide good service.
The experience was just awful ! The order was wrong! They brought another it was raw ! The fries were burnt cooked in filthy oil...The employees were not groomed or dressed professionally pants sagging, bathrooms were filthy ..stay away!!!
We waited a while to get seated then waited to place our order. Since thete was only 3 of us in our party (not that many i would think) we didn't get our food until 40 minutes later! Not good!! We sat in the bar area and while we where there for an hour and a half there was 8 tables still dirty from when we were sitting there. Again not good! Are waiter also worked the bar also must of been short staffed however he was good to us. I would try again at a different time and see there are any improvements.
Treat their staff horribly and don’t let them leave at their scheduled times and also switch their schedules without telling or checking to make sure they can work. Kitchen is disgusting also, I would not advise anyone to go there and eat or even work there.
Cold Fries + Cold Burger + Slow Waiter = I won’t be going back.!!!!!
I must say I was very impressed with the service. So much so, that we called the manager Bill back to the table to let him know he is awesome as well as our waiter Scottie! Generous and hilarious crew that served us that Sunday night
