We love Red Robin, but this location Orland Park, IL has had progressively worsening service and continually messes up our order. It’s so sad! We try to extend grace, but after the same burger gets remade 3x let’s get it together Red Robin. We walked in and immediately asked for fries because we have 5 small children that need to stay occupied, we didn’t get our first basket until 1 hr later.
