Famous Daves would like to thank you for refusing our party yesterday... The server got a $60 tip on $180 worth of food. Your loss their gain and we enjoyed ourself there...
I eat in restaurants almost daily and this was probably the worst experience I've had in years. SMH
We were at your location tonight for over 2.5 hours. It took a while for anyone to greet us at the front doors. That should have been our first clue. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our apps showed up before our drinks, and we had to remind our server that our drinks were never delivered. That was blamed on a "backed up bar." Very slow service and when the food arrived, it was cold. Our server offered to have it warmed up but we said no, it wasn’t worth waiting again. We were there just shy of two hours. Ridiculous.
I enjoyed the dinner especially the fries
