Huge shout out to the Oswego Red Robin manager Meredith for buying our dinner & giving us a pep talk after our 7 week old daughter had a complete meltdown this evening. Words can't express how thankful we are for the kindness of a complete stranger at one of our most harried parenting moments yet.
Had lunch with my wife there today. I found a prize in my bacon aioli. A bread bag clip! I'm glad I looked twice before putting that bite in my mouth. The server was not even surprised. He went to the manager and he took $2 off the bill. I thought maybe the manager would visit the table and apologize for the inconvenience. (or for my meal being ruined) But that didn't happen.
Been here often, and their wings are amazing and burgers out of this world good.
