It is only terrible when you have bad servers. We have had a few awful ones here. Food is ok, but not the best.
It was disgusting. The food wasn't properly cooked. I didn't get my soup I ordered. Not ever going back.
Red Robin used to be my 4 children's favorite restaurant. They loved going to eat the Mac and cheese! They would each get 2-3 bowls and be so happy! I'm so disappointed that the menu has changed, now one small bowl for more money. Unfortunately we will now be returning. Just not worth it anymore.
Not bad for a chain. Consistent and tasty. Good value
