Went to RR tonight, waited 20 min for a garden burger( how long does it take to microwave )? Daughters came w/o any trimmings! Fries were not hot! Asked for more , it took another 20 minutes to get!! Server blamed it on they had 2 parties going on, so that means other patrons suffer ?? Poor service @ RR tonight!!!!
