This used to be a go to dinner or lunch for my family and I because my kids love it there, but ever since the remodel, the place is way less family friendly, and the service has gone downhill. I have order for pick-up recently and have had multiple bad experiences. I won't be going back. I guess some other place will be getting my money now. It's sad to see how much it has changed in a negative way the last couple of years.
I ordered shrimps & chicken I got 6 shrimps the smallest I have ever seen and two pieces of chicken and soggy fries , last time ever visit here , left the place without eating any of that , but paid and tipped being a Gentleman . This Place Should Be Closedown ASAP .
Had the grilled chicken salad way to expensive for the 4 or 5 strips of chicken you get
I used to like this place, but last night was a nightmare. My dining companion ordered the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich, and they brought it on a plate that not only had a chip out of it, but it had some kind of sticky gross dried stuff all along the edges of the plate. It looked like the plate hadn’t been washed. We sent it back, and it must’ve taken at least another twenty minutes to get another sandwich out to us when it didn’t take that long initially. New veggie burger is HORRIFIC!! Bring back Boca!!!!! This is one of the very few burger places vegetarians liked because the Boca was so good, say good bye once they try this new mush patty.
Food is usually great but omg worst food ever this time. Was told they ran out of fried pickles at 5pm on a Sunday and ordered cheese fries but goes fries with maybe 3 fries that has some completely burnt cheese. Horrible
I take my son here because he loves it. The food is great and he gets the bottomless oranges!
