Didn't staff well enough to cover the amount of patrons that showed up for their advertised National Cheeseburger day $5 deal. Never received the drink nor Fries refills. Waitress just too busy. Service below average. Food was good.

We actually had two awesome salads & a malt : ) loved every . And an excellent staff with very clean facility makes it an A+ in our books!
Over priced
Th burgers were very good. But expensive for a burger place. I did no like the “entertainment fee” on my bill. I used the bill pay and game thing at the booth and played half of a trivia game that said was free and was charged for using it.
Red Robin has lost my business. I had a coupon for buy one get one half off and they wouldn’t honor it. Said it was only good for burgers and not the wraps. When I showed the manager the coupon she said you have to look at the teeny print at the bottom. Bad move not to give me the discount on the wraps that were less expensive than several of the burgers. This was my second visit in a week, but now you have lost a customer for good.
