RecommendedFood is great and friendly service. Only thing we hated is sitting outside on the patio next to the bushes. Couldn't eat our food in peace with so many dam flies flying around. We had to ask for to go boxes so we can enjoy our food at home with out flies flying around bothering us. Not trying to give Red Robin a bad review cause we love eating there. Pick Up Times Need To Be Accurate
Been fighting with Red Robin Edwardsville for three solid weeks. I keep hearing from their manager, Desiree, and their corporate that I will receive a refund. It has been 15 business days and I have not received anything. They took the liberty of adding a $14 tip to my carry out order. No condiments, no flat wear, no napkins, salads came with no dressing and no croutons, seafood entree had no tartar sauce, fries were ice cold, and then the surprise tip.
