This is the third time I have been here. All three times I was not impressed. It seems they are always short on staff and food takes forever. I waited about a year in between visits thinking the service has got to be better. This will be the last time I take my family here.
The service was really good. We received our food very quickly. I really like The Red Tavern Burger.
If I could give it 10 stars I would! I need a membership to get free stuff cause I'd go there every weekend! Best place to get a burger. The fried pickles are amazing! The campfire sauce tastes good with everything!
I've always had good food and service at the Edwardsville location.
It was our first time going to Red Robin. The food was good. Our waitress seemed 'too busy'. As she would come to our table, she was still walking as she was talking to us, like she didn't have time to stop.
I was served by Jess, a wonderful young lady, who was very attentive and has a marvelous attitude. The meal was very good.
I really enjoyed the A1 Burger and fries and Cindy enjoyed the Guacamole wrap and Sweet potato fries!!
