BURGERS MMMMMMMMMMMMMM
Horrible customer service. This is the first time I leave a restaurant without tipping. The employee sitting customer was super nice. The waitress was horrible. When I placed my order I asked for mayonnaise on the side and napkins. I told her 3 times throughout my visit. I left after eating my meal and I never received mayonnaise or napkins. �
Peace & Good Evening. Earlier I had the privilege to finally dine @ R.R of whom the Host Asia was both beautiful & exceptional & server Gabriel was both attentive & nobel. My regards to the floor staff & kitchen personnel.
Only reason I gave a 1 star is because of the phenomenal customer service by a Hispanic male I forgot his name unfortunately. Very friendly explained choices and provided suggestions. However my appetizer arrived late and cold. Entrees were fine. I asked one of the young ladies for a refill. It seems she forgot and ate my whole meal without a drink. She then comes back asks if we need anything and I responded by saying can I get that lemonade I asked for earlier and said she forgot. Smh then takes her forever to get a to go ... read more
