the waittress Val was so sweet and friendly you could tell she loves what she does She never let our drinks or fries go empty and had the patience of a saint with our kids who are just starting to order on their own, she is worth every penny over the suggested 20% tip. Great food cooks who care and comes out fast
I will not be back. Three tables sat after us were served first, appetizer never came. Meal was served and we were asked 'should I just cancel the appetizer?' with NO apology. Meal was bad, service was worse, and there were open tables everywhere. Had the gall to ask for silverware and server was slamming it on the tray. I was a rewards member and have gone many times. Unfortunately, this was my last visit.
I will NOT return to this location! The service was the worst I have ever had anywhere! Waited 15 minutes for waitress to even say hi. I had to get the manager. Got drinks & placed order. Waited another half hour for our food. In that time, 5 customers got up & walked out. After finishing food, we had to wait to pay. I went to the bar & paid over there. The waitress was terrible & the kitchen must have been a disaster for such a long wait for food.
This is the worst Red Robin I have ever been to. It took 15 minutes for the waiter to even come to our table. That should have been my first clue. It took over 30 minutes for 2 kids meals and a burger. Did not get any utensils. Had to ask 2 servers for utensils because my server never came back after taking our order. It took 15 minutes to get the utensils and then the food was cold. Had to hunt the waiter down for additional fries. Forget about eating the cold burger.
