Horrible all the way around waited a 1.5 hour the was served cold food. I️ will never go back
First and last time I will go to this restaurant by North River Side Mall. Ordered a burger with sweet potatoe fries. Plate was so full of Dirthy grease. Fries were cold and limp. My girl ordered a burger also they messed up her prder 2 Times and said that the food was fine. Paid $30 for a burger and 2 lemonades. Don’t throw away your money here. No Mgr in sight.
Very nice waitress food was great desserts great. We orders the trio dessert server forgot the chocolate sauce !! But came back fast with it.
I’ve been to this location numerous times and last night was the worst service I’ve ever experienced there only saving grace was that our meal was free and trust me we were not the only family there having issues a couple of families walked out
Worst service ever. Took the waitress 20 mins to come to our table. Then took the food over an hour to be served! Manager was EXTREMELY rude and arrogant. Never again. What a damn shame
