I prefer face to face service and just didn't get it there. They pointed to the table kiosk and pretty much said for us to help ourselves. I told them it was our first time but, hey! I don't think my server was used to kids. It was a Sunday evening and not crowded but we had poor service. I could've spent my $50 elsewhere.
Sucked stale bun and microwave Bacon will never be back
This was possibly the worst meal I have ever paid for. The burger patty was about a 1/4 inch thick, had no flavor and looked like it had just been thawed out of a 6 month freeze. My wife's chicken sandwich was dry, flavorless and there wasn't even enough meat to make a complete sandwich. Her margarita had no tequila in it. This mush wouldn't even be considered "gourmet" if it was packed into a 5.5 ounce, pull top can and labeled friskies.
