After being seated it took about 10 minutes for a waitress/hostess to engage. 2 managers walked around and never said a word even that someone would be right with us. As I asked for something else she never asked if the other customer wanted anything else.
The hostess sat two tables who came in after us. I nicely brought it to their attention, they still took their sweet time to seat us. The waitress was good but then took her 7.5 minutes for more fries. Won't come back, sticking to the Red Robin that's closer to my house. There was no manager walking around asking how services was, guess he knows so why ask.?.
