I usually do not go out of my way to leave a review, but I just took the two kids that I nanny to have a late lunch here.... right when we walked in there was no one to be found to seat us so we ended up having to sit ourselves after 10 minutes of servers ignoring us. Our server seemed so careless and got my order wrong, the whole time I could hear the two employees complaining about working and every table around us was dirty. When I finally got my meal, the croissant BLTA was the only good thing about my experience there. ... read more

Great burger
I love Red Robin but this was the first time that I received cold fries that tasted like they were sitting around awhile. Waitress did bring me new fries that were good. Overall good experience.

I am here all the time! The service is great! Everyone is really nice and the service is fast and the food is good! It's a lively and fun place to be.
The waitstaff were so rude to my party that half the group left before we were even seated. I was surprised at how unprofessional the service was.
I'm only commenting on this restaurant because I asked the greeter before she sat us if they had a booth available & she smiled and said yes. She then walked my child & I over to a area full of kids having birthday gatherings! I saw other available booths in a separate area that she could've sat us in but she didn't. ..smh I had a bad headache from work and it was my child's first time eating there and she even said , is this the birthday section mommy? The waiter , he was great & the food was standard.
