RecommendedTried the new Master Cheeseburger- Excellent!!!
food was okay. crispy chicken sandwich was bland. service was slow. waitress was very nice though.
RecommendedLove this place! Service was a bit slow today but hey! thats happens! Still a great family place!
RecommendedGreat service and food! Love this place.
Red Robin either has gone downhill or ot is just the location. 40 minute wait after ordering for a ok burger. For some odd reason the bacon was very sweet making the burger sweet. Fries were warm at best. 2nd order of fries were hot and delicious. Wont be going back for a long time.
Madison Heights Michigan location. Ordered a salad with my meal. It took 30 minutes or more to get it. I ask 3 times about it and was told twice that they were “ chopping the lettuce” .The third time I was told that they actually had run out of the lettuce. Manager and staff seemed unconcerned when I pointed out the problem. 574 customer complaints. https://red-robin.pissedconsumer.com/review.html
