We walked into the Crescent Blvd location at roughly 3pm. There were staff members who walked past and paid no attention. When we asked the bartender is there was a host/hostess, he shot back with, “No!” And turned away from us. This was our second lackluster experience at this location and will not be returning.
RecommendedNovi Red Robin had good time. The end
ordered well done got it WRONG twice.. and I thought the manager was giving us a drink for free and then ended up on our bill not a good experience I do not recommend it
i ordered a burger with two sides of fries and got the right burger with broccoli as the side... who tf gets broccoli with a burger... worked a long shift at work just to get broccoli in return
Recommendedgood food.

Recommendedthe service rocks!!!we went to the novi location. I have always love this chain of restaurants.
RecommendedThe burger was the best I've ever had!! Service was good too! Can't wait to get home to eat our dessert we ordered as a takeout!
RecommendedFood was good, but they need to train their people how to wash dishes. Silverware still had food particles on them! I let the manager know but still...yuck! Our server Rakiah was great!
