Horrible service had to send my drink back because there was food on the bottom of my cup, sent my burger back twice because it was made wrong and finally just told them to just forget about it. The male waiter was very rude and we had to ask for refills and fries. Southgate location my family and I will never go back and I will let everyone I know about the horrible experience that none of the staff even so much offered an apology for
After waiting 35+ minutes for our food my burger came out ice cold- not good when there is a half done egg on it! Manager was alerted- never responded. Another couple was complaining about service to which we responded- you can in after us and you’ve already eaten- we don’t have our food- manager= nothing!!! We are done trying - done giving chances. We promote many local businesses - but won’t be recommending this one!

Horrible hostess. We put our name on the list and was told 15 minutes. We waited and watched several groups of two that came in after us get seated before us. I said something and they said it will be a long wait. I will never be back.
Nice atmosphere and really delicious burgers. I get the turkey burger, Black & Blue with added Swiss and avocado. The prices are steep, but I don’t solve that often.
Disappointed didn't get refill on fries after waiting for them for my husband and son.. Also chicken on salad was grizzly didn't eat my meal and went home hungry.
Had lunch here yesterday. While the service and food were both good we slowly started to notice that the booth we were sitting in was absolutely filthy. The walls were covered with food remnants and the space between the booths was covered in dust. Pretty sad when you feel like you have to use hand sanitizer before you eat just because you touched your seat.
We never got the appetizers we ordered and our waiter never asked if we wanted desserts. Food was okay but terrible service.
