We had a party of 7, and It took almost 2 hours to get our food. The table wasn’t cleared after appetizers, and drinks weren’t refilled until we were finally able to catch our waitress. The manager came to our table multiple times to let us know that our food was being plated, and it still took awhile. The overall experience was awful.
We at here last night. We were a large group of 15. Some members of our party came in late due to car trouble. Our server Bill, was very accommodating. He was right on every need we had. We were celebrating a birthday, my niece. She is 7. We were among 2 other birthday celebration groups for 2 other kids. We never felt like we had to wait any longer, due to "extra" duties with 3 groups. The food was wonderful. Thanks for a great experience!
Every burger I've had there was excellent. The people that work there are always friendly and courteous. I recommend going there.
Our waitress Stephanie was great even when my bacon cheeseburger came without bacon. She went right back into the kitchen to get me some. Food, as always, was good. I was wondering though why they changed the brand of gluten free bun that they use. I prefer the ones that they had in the past. The new ones just are not as good.
Love going there ... burgers were great... my kids actually ate their food and liked it.. didn't have to wait for drink refills...and our server was top notch!
Service was horrible. Took forever to get our food. The waitress shannon was not attentive at all and the manager either. Both could have cared less that the food took forever. They blamed the onion soup....seriously almost one hour to make onion soup?? Should have been taken off the bill to say the least. They apologized but did nothing else. Had to ask for refill on fries twice and also the extra ranch was not brought out. Had to ask again. Horrible service. Will not be back. Manager never checked on us and we should have ... read more
