My family waited an hour to be seated after calling ahead. We were not offered menus. When we sat at the table we were not offered water. I had to retrieve the children's menus, as the 6 children went unnoticed during the Hour we waited. There waitstaff was lovely and attentive. The problem seemed centered with the hostess and those seating guest.
Terrible service from the waitress and waitress didn't listen...just sad...
The food was good and the waitress was polite and respectful without being overly in your face. We visited a location that was clean as well and had no issues at all.
Great beef hamburgers and a very good veggie burger. Love love their bottomless fries and salad. Just wish they could put the handicap parking by the door instead of the end of the building.

Overrated, overpriced. You get a few fries but you won’t get the bottomless fries advertised because you won’t have the time to wait. Flatware was filthy!
Very very dissapointed in the service and food tonight. Asked FOUR TIMES to FOUR DIFFERENT EMPLOYESS to turn the TV to the Michigan basketball game and waited at least 25 minutes before it was actually changed. Not to mention our server checked back ONCE from the time she took our order from the check being dropped off. She had others drop off our food. Food you ask??
