Went for the veteran salute and received horrible service. Two other vets were being served at the bar and got way better service. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a drink as they walked past multiple times. Then as I appeared to be getting up I was asked if I wanted to order. As they kindly thanked the other vets they ignored me. Super disappointed.
Are Food was hot, and great! Our server Hannah was very friendly! Love this place!!
Ended up with food poisoning from a raw hamburger. Called the store the next day asked to speak to the manager and asked for her name all she could say is I’m the manager I’m the manager. And then proceeds to tell me I’m basically lying about food poisoning from there because she hasn’t had no other complaints from customers. Sorry food poisoning is not something I would lie about. Tried calling the 800 number to speak to someone was on hold for over 2 hours. Will never return to Red Robin again
