My fitbit fell off in the bathroom there, an employee found it and instead of turning it in she put it back in the bathroom and someone stole it. Seriously who does that!
Tonight we visited the southgate location, it was myself, my boyfriend and our 3 year old. It's been years since we both have been, and I have to say I was so very impressed with the cleanliness of the location, the friendliness of the staff and having been very busy the speediness and quality of our service! Thank you Red Robin in Southgate for the pink well done bacon burger, the Luke warm chicken tortilla soup, the wonderful Merlot in the dirty glass, the BLTA on a hard croissant, and to think there was only a 10 min wait to be seated in a not so busy restaurant to receive this great dining experience. — eating St. Patricks Day at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.
Poor slow service. Snotty waitress . Order not right; sent back. Still not right. Mgr. apologetic. But kitchen staff is terrible. Left my food. I wasn't hungry after such a long time. He comped our meal but this left s bad taste in our mouths. All I ended up with was a cup of soup and a half glass of root beer.
Great place, great atmosphere and very good food. Shout out to the hostess with the mostest Gina!
We frequent RR, and get carry out a few times a month. We had terrible food/serve and when I informed the manager, he was very apologetic and credited us. I didn't get his name, but he was extremely polite and helpful to make our yucky experience into a YUM one. Thank you
This used to be our go to place with our kids but the past few times we've been here the service is ridiculously slow. Waiting almost 20 minutes for a chips and salsa appetizer is just unacceptable. We've tried to give them multiple chances but the service is constantly slow. Tonight we could even hear the table behind us complaining that it was taking 15 minutes to get their drinks. The drinks were slow, the appetizer was slow, the food was slow but we sure did get the bill pretty fast!
