Went to Red Robins in Southgate Mi. My daughter has Celiac disease and loves the hamburger buns. Some how our food ticket got last in the kitchen. The manager on duty came out and told he will pick up our bill, cause it was taking so long. We were very surprised. We will be back. Food was awesome! !
The hamburgers are delicious and the never ending fries!
Just left without being seated. Waited 1.5 hours for our party of 15 too be seated. Called ahead to alert them of our large party but they said "yeah we don't really do that" meanwhile they seated 30people in smaller groups rather than setting those tables aside for us. Disappointing to day the least.
One of my favorites! The best cheeseburger in town. Very friendly service. Looking forward to my next visit.
