So today the Southgate Red Robin staff totally outdid themselves. After our mishap earlier this week, Janet invited us back to the restaurant to experience the service the way it was supposed to be the first time. I can honestly say that I'm glad I have them another shot. The server Ryan B. did an amazing job. He was attentive,funny,speedy, and made suggestions that were spot on. He did a stellar job.
